A New Chapter in the SideMark Story: Sandi Jacobs and Bruce Paul take the helm at SideMark

Santa Clara, CA – September 10, 2014 – SideMark, an award-winning furniture services and workplace consulting firm, announced that President Sandi Jacobs and Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations Bruce Paul have purchased the 30-year-old privately held company from Founder and CEO Randy Horton. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed. Known for her commitment to her staff, Jacobs also announced that SideMark is earmarking 20 percent of the firm’s stock for employee ownership.

Horton will continue to work with the new owners and serve as CEO during the transition. SideMark serves clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to small startups. The SideMark team works closely with architects, design firms, construction companies, brokers, project management firms and others to help clients achieve business objectives by maximizing workspace effectiveness.
